Mandy is passionate about getting the best out of everything, Business, people, software, systems.

She has been in the Property Management Industry for over 30 years. Mandy values service above everything else. Mandy is also involved with the Pet Industry and runs small dog boarding.  Mandy believes that we are all capable to being the best we can be.

 Rebecca has been in the Property Management industry since 2012 as a Business Owner, General Manager and Property Manager. She has previously worked in the Mental Health sector.

Rebecca's strengths are problem solving, common sense and a calm approach to training.

 Sharon comes from a banking background with experience in IT project management in training. Sharon is positive and highly motivated. Her knowledge of the PM software systems are second to none. Sharon has a real passion for training, her warmth and commitments shines through in everything she does.

 Lynda started in property management but then bought the Upper Hutt Franchise of Driving Miss Daisy when they launched in Wellington in 2010. Over 9 years she grew it to the largest Franchise in New Zealand before moving back into property management. Lynda is down to earth and enjoys helping our permanent admin clients by running their day to day tasks

 Jill started with us in March 2024.  She comes from a background of Accounting and Administration which she loves and is highly motivated to achieve the best she can for the people she works with.

 She previously worked for 8 years at a Chartered Accountants Office and prior to that worked as a District Sales Manager for a Cosmetic company and has worked in both the public and private sectors.

Chloe started working with Palace in 2010 coming from a real estate background supporting clients and IT. Chloe is a busy lady with 3 children and over 50 animals! 

She looks after our marketing and also does software training. 

She is passionate and just loves to learn new things and take up new challenges.

 Angela started with Eknows in 2024.  As well as raising a family she worked as an administrator and legal secretary for over 20 years before enjoying 10 years + in the real estate and property management sector doing trust administration and general accounting.  She loves helping people and always enjoys a challenge 

Emma has been in the Property Management field - using Palace - for more than 23 years.

After managing a Harcourts PM business using Palace for 20 of those, most recently she has worked in Palace Support where her strengths were financial and investigations.
