In 2024, Rebecca joined Eknows as a business partner, bringing a unique and vital perspective to our leadership. By combining her extensive background in Property Management with profound expertise in the Mental Health sector, Rebecca spearheads our initiatives designed to help property managers navigate the inherent stress and burnout of the job.

Mandy is passionate about getting the best out of everything, Business, people, software, systems.
She has been in the Property Management Industry for over 30 years. Mandy values service above everything else. Mandy is also involved with the Pet Industry and runs small dog boarding. Mandy believes that we are all capable to being the best we can be. We just need to believe.

Rebecca has been in the Property Management industry since 2012 as a Business Owner, General Manager and Property Manager. She has previously worked in the Mental Health sector.
Rebecca's strengths are problem solving, common sense and a calm approach to training. She has an in depth knowledge of Tenancy Tribunal and just loves Healthy Homes

Lynda started in property management but then bought the Upper Hutt Franchise of Driving Miss Daisy when they launched in Wellington in 2010. Over 9 years she grew it to the largest Franchise in New Zealand before moving back into property management. Lynda is down to earth and enjoys helping our permanent admin clients by running their day to day tasks
