Mandy is passionate about getting the best out of everything, Business, people, software, systems.

She has been in the Property Management Industry for over 30 years. Mandy values service above everything else. Mandy is also involved with the Pet Industry and runs small dog boarding.  Mandy believes that we are all capable to being the best we can be.

 Rebecca has been in the Property Management industry since 2012 as a Business Owner, General Manager and Property Manager. She has previously worked in the Mental Health sector.

Rebecca's strengths are problem solving, common sense and a calm approach to training.

Jacqui boasts a versatile background in accounting and management, spanning multiple sectors, notably the tertiary education industry. She adeptly merges her business acumen with a passion for training, having taught Google for Education to adult learners. Additionally, she efficiently handles government compliance and trust audits.

 Sharon comes from a banking background with experience in IT project management in training. Sharon is positive and highly motivated. Sharon has a real passion for training, her warmth and commitments shines through in everything she does.

 Lynda started in property managemented but then bought the Upper Hutt Franchise of Driving Miss Daisy when they launched in Wellington in 2010. Over 9 years she grew it to the largest Franchise in New Zealand before moving back into property management. She is now also a Xero certified trainer.

 Jill started with us in March 2024.  She comes from a background of Accounting and Administration which she loves and is highly motivated to achieve the best she can for the people she works with.

 She previously worked for 8 years at a Chartered Accountants Office and prior to that worked as a District Sales Manager for a Cosmetic company and has worked in both the public and private sectors.

Chloe started working with Palace in 2010 coming from a real estate background supporting clients and IT. Chloe does lots behind the scenes to support smooth business running. 

She looks after our marketing and also helps with training.

Chloe owned her own doggy daycare & grooming business in the past.
